Offers are invited for sale of immovable assets (Land 4.25 acres and Building 4080 sq.mt. with RCC storage, recirculating,neutralising tanks, pickling bay) of M/s.Zu Zu Wires Pvt. Ltd. (in liqn.)situated at SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Hosur pursuant to the orders of the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay dated 11.2.2004. The intending purchasers have to obtain the terms and conditions of sale with inventory from "The Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay" from 15.3.2004 during the office hours against payment of Rs.100/- The immovable assets could be inspected from 17.3.2004 to 26.3.2004 between 11.00 AM and 4.00 PM. The offers have to be submitted to the office of "The Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay" in sealed cover superscribed with the words "offers for immovable assets of M/s.Zu Zu Wires Pvt. Ltd., (in liqn.)"along with a Demand Draft / Pay order drawn in favour of Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay" for an amount equivalent to 20% of the offered amount as Earnest Money. Such offers will be received by the Official Liquidator upto 3.00 PM on 29.3.04 and will be opened on 31.3.04 at 2.45 PM before the Hon'ble Judge taking company matters in the High Court at Mumbai when the offerers or their authorised representatives may be present, if they, so desire. The sale will be as per the inventory, "as is where is and whatever there is" basis. No purchaser will be allowed to bid auction in the name of nominee / nominees.
